WELCOME RECEPTION: A welcome reception will be held for conference participants and their guests on Sunday, June 21, 2009 from 6:00 to 9:00 PM in the Penn Stater Senate Lounge - Main Level. Light refreshments, including cheese, crackers and fruit, in addition to wine and beer will be provided.

POSTER SESSION: Snacks (heavy hors d'oeuvres) and drinks will be provided at the poster session that will be held on Monday, June 22, 2009 from 7:00 to 10:00 pm at the Penn Stater. The venue provides an excellent opportunity to engage in technical discussion with the poster presenters and other conference attendees.

CONFERENCE PICNIC : The annual conference dinner will be held for conference participants and their guests on Tuesday, June 23, 2009 from 6:00-8:00 pm at Hintz Alumni Center on the Penn State Campus. The picnic is followed immediately by the rump sessions. More details regarding the menu will be provided.

RUMP SESSIONS: Snacks and drinks will be provided at each of the rump sessions that will be held on Tuesday, June 23, 2009 from 8:00-10:00 pm in the Thomas Building on the Penn State campus. The rump sessions end a great evening with lively discussion regarding the future directions of competing device technologies.
